Schermerhorn, The Netherlands
Schermerhorn is a village in the municipality of Alkmaar, in the Province of North Holland. The village is located on what was once the Schermer Island; this island was created around 1100. Part of the island was a dike, and the village was mainly built on that dike. Depicted is the village church of Schermerhorn. This beautiful work comes with a BARTH white washed poplar wooden frame and is protected with anti-reflective glass.
