Surrounding Giethoorn, The Netherlands
Giethoorn was a settlement of peat miners. The extraction started from the east bank of the Giethoorn Lake and consisted of east-facing clumps separated by waterways, such as the Cornelisgracht and the Walengracht. The nature reserve 'De Weerribben' is located outside Giethoorn. Joop van Egmond (MOND) often came there to gain inspiration. This drawing comes with an aluminum BARTH 1125 frame (color silver satin) and is protected with anti-reflective glass.
