IJsselmeer Fishermen
In the past, Joop van Egmond (MOND) had great success with his series of water colors of the IJsselmeer Fishermen. This work is one of the last in the series. On a bike ride along the coast of the IJsselmeer, sometime in the nineties, he was captivated by the theme of the fishermen on this large water surface. This artwork comes with a white aluminum frame and is protected with glass. Disclaimer: Photographing water colors is very difficult. It looks like the paper is extremely bumpy, but in reality it is barely visible to the naked eye.
